MITOS: A collection of Latin American Myths and Folklore, celebrates Latin American mythology through five myths, each retold in four distinct interpretations to show how stories change and evolve across generations and culture. More than entertainment, these myths offer comfort and reflection. Through photography by and of Latin American people, the book contrasts the mythical with the real, exploring how outsiders indulge in these stories versus their deeper meaning within our culture. Designed as folders to symbolize endless reinterpretation, this project is deeply personal and a tribute to the resilience of our culture.
