Transitioning from fashion to UX design presented challenges but ultimately opened doors to numerous positive opportunities. My natural ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking found its perfect expression in UX design, a field that seamlessly blend my two strengths together. This career change led me to participate in design competitions and secure internships, providing invaluable experiences that fostered both personal and professional growth. At York University, I honed my communication skills and learned the importance of feedback, shaping me into a more effective designer. I feel incredibly fortunate to have connected with talented classmates and mentors who offered life-changing guidance. Looking ahead, I aim to evolve into a versatile UX designer and mentor, growing alongside fellow creatives in the dynamic tech industry.
